The Hooper "Moments" Pages are something that we will develop over the next few months. If you have what you think is a "Moments" photo that you would like to have published, send it to us and we will take a look at it. If we publish it you will automatically become a "Honorary Hooperite". At some point in time we will decide on  "The Winners of The Year" and send the winners a issue of The Hooper Clarion signed by the founders. This is rapidly turning into a collector item.

  Please do not submit photos that are in poor taste, portray violence or nudity. We are all about humor, fun and satire. Check out our site and you will get a good idea of what we except.
