Origins

Origins a Reader # 1 is the precursor to Greywolf's Fireside Tales and The Hooper Clarion. While the concepts in "G.F.T." and "The Clarion" were being deveolped, Origins a Reader was born. "Origins" is an eclectic mix of short stories and poetry provided by some of the finest authors in Canada.  It had come to our attention while working on Life in Hooper that we had to offer a wide spectrum of material to our readers. Origins # 1 reaches out to those who wish something a little more nostalgic. It is the kind of reading one reserves for a good cup of tea in front of the fireplace.

Origins a Reader # 2 carries on the tradition of nostalgia and connecting us with our roots. The remarkable writings in this issue are not to be missed, nor will they be forgotten once you have read them.

Origins a Reader # 3 is one of those "reads" that keep you turn page after page. In this isse the founder of the publication gives and insight into the days of his youth with the story Jim's Christmas, a humorous tale about a young about a young boy matching wits with his sisters egotistical husband. The story ends with the most spectular downhill ride in Canadian history.
